Errors

At Pharaoh Wrist Gallery, we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our products, prices, and information. However, mistakes and typographical errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct those errors. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If a transaction is completed based on incorrect or misleading information, Pharaoh Wrist Gallery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the transaction with no further liability.

Brand Names / Trademarks

Pharaoh Wrist Gallery is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with Rolex USA or any other watch brands, nor is it an authorized reseller. Rolex and all other brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Return Policy

Our commitment at Pharaoh Wrist Gallery is your satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your watch is delivered. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in perfect, unworn, and resaleable condition.

Watch-Specific Return Conditions

All returned watches must meet the following strict criteria:

  1. Unworn Condition: The watch must show absolutely no signs of wear, including scratches, marks, or scuffs on the case, crystal, or strap/bracelet.
  2. Original Packaging: The watch must be returned with all original packaging, including the watch box, outer sleeve, user manuals, warranty cards, protective plastic films, and any hang tags.
  3. Untampered: The watch must not have had any links removed from the bracelet. If links have been removed, the watch is ineligible for return.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required to complete your return.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at pharaohwristgallery@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the secure return shipping address, via email or text. Please do not send the watch back before receiving your RMA and instructions.

Refunds (Once Approved)

Once your returned watch is received and thoroughly inspected by our team:

  • Approval: If the watch meets all the required conditions (unworn, original packaging, untampered), we will notify you of the approval and process your refund.
  • Processing: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
  • Rejection: If the watch shows any signs of wear, damage, or is missing original components, we reserve the right to reject the return. We will then contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the watch to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times can vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at pharaohwristgallery@gmail.com.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Watches)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival (Dead on Arrival - DOA). If you receive a damaged watch, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographs of the damage.

Shipping Returns

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Insured Shipping (Required): Due to the high value of watches, all returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance covering the full purchase price. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Return Address: The specific return address will be provided to you upon approval of your RMA request.
